Hello! My fam has Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and I need help on what to do. On Tuesday I am supposed to have surgery where I get my tonsils removed, sinuses widened, and my deviated septum fixed. This should hopefully fix sinus problems and tonsil stones I have had for years. However, we recieved notice yesterday (Saturday) that the sinus surgery is not covered. I think its just that part of the surgery but am not 100%. I don’t have any clue what to do. Ill basically have one business day to try to fix it. I have been stressing and preparing for this surgery for so long. Does anyone have any advice?
EDIT: im 22 and living in NC if that helps with anything.
