Hello! My wife started a new job and will be signing up to a health insurance plan. Would love people’s insights on which of the following plans make the most sense. I’ll try to provide as much context as possible but if there’s anything, please let me know and I’ll update!
She turns 31 this year, we have a six month old, she earns ($105k), and some health concerns that she has are arthritis and back pain and we also go to a family therapist. I’m not on her plan as I have my own from my current job. Her employer covers her 100% and the dependent like 80%? Not entirely sure.
