Hello, I have lower back pain and looking to start seeing a PT as suggested. I am reviewing my benefit and was confused by below
Anyway, I am confused by the section under Chiropractor / Spinal Manipulation.
It states:
Unless Otherwise Specified:
In Networks: Deductible $750 (Coinsurance 20%)
Out of Network: Deductible $1500 (Coinsurance 20%)
Home Health Care Facility:
In Networks: Deductible $30 per Visit (Then: Covered in full)
Out of Network: Deductible $1500 (Coinsurance 50%)
Above is a summary but full info about it is here: https://imgur.com/a/eDLh6uq
Any advice would be great for my journey to repair my back. I understand what Deductible, Coinsurance, In/Out Network is but not sure on the whole picture of this plan.
Thank you
If you need more info, please let me know. I am a male and I do plan to see a In Network doctors/therapists.
