Anybody else having issues with the Anthem.com website? I have never been able to find in-network providers online. Upon selecting”Find Care ” option from the menu, I often see an error , so I had to call them on phone to get a list of providers emailed to me. When I called their phone number , the rep was helpful, but i wish i could self-serve through their website instead of calling on the phone everytime.
