I have never managed a stop-loss plan before. In anticipation of our renewal coming up, we are trying to get a feel for what our plan year has looked like to gauge the increase coming. Our recent broker left and gave us a new rep who told me to “check the report.” This is the report for February 2022.
If there is a better community or sub you would suggest, please let me know.
Can someone help me make sense of the report? Break it down column by column for me?
