I recently got under Anthem insurance and wanted to schedule a Live Health appointment. When I go to that program through Sydney Health, it states ‘Your out of pocket varies according to your plan, but will be no more than $49 a visit.’ However, I called Anthem as I learned not to trust them and they said I am responsible for the visit cost ($180) until I meet my deductible. I called LiveHealth and they said that Anthem is responsible to keep the visit at $49 since they are sponsoring the program. I tried to escalate this up the ladder but no one cares because America. Anything else I can do?
