I just got a letter in the mail by Aetna saying I need to fill out this health screening form and it says notice on March 9th but I received it today March 19th. It doesn’t say when you have to have it completed by but it says if I don’t complete it then they’re gonna take away my coverage. I have to wait until Monday to call someone so that’s an extra day and I feel kind of sketched about it. Will I be fine? Has anyone else received a letter like this? Is there a specific due date?
