Medicare/Advantage Plan Premiums

I am trying to wrap my head around all of this to help my mother. I can’t seem to find an answer to this though.

Some Advantage plans offer zero premium or reduced premiums for part B. My understanding is she will have to pay the part B premium ($170 in 2022) on top of any premiums from an advantage plan. HOWEVER, i keep reading things that say sometimes the part B premium is either reduced, or $0.

So, how?? How would i know if her part B premium would be $170, $120, or $0 or whatever?
