So normally when I had my old Humama plan, I could get Std screenings by just paying a copay. Reason didn’t matter. I do see “preventive services” listed on the plan but only refers to ACA as a general guideline.
So my question is what should my expectation be for a comprensive male std panel test? Copay? Reduced cost? Full cost?
