So “Friday”, for those that don’t know is an insurance company that boasts free tele-health visits, mental health services, and a relatively good premium. However, they are new in GA and I’m assuming that’s why I’m 1) unable to get anyone in the phone after hours of waiting. 2) Unable to access the online portal because it’s “down” according to an error message that I’ve been receiving on the site (from multiple browsers) since January, and 3) unable to find health providers that have even heard of them much less are in network.
Do I have any recourse for this outside of the insurance company? Are there avenues to get new ACA insurance outside of the enrollment period if your insurance provider absolutely fails?
