How do I know what plan to choose for the best price on a prescription I already have?

At my old job, I had Aetna health insurance and it covered most of the cost of my prescription of a non-preferred drug I have to take. I got a new job that doesn’t have Aetna as one of the options but a few other providers that I’m unfamiliar with and Independence Blue Cross as well. I’m trying to figure out the cost option with these new providers, but I’m almost certain they won’t cover the drug. Independence Blue Cross does, but I’m not sure to what extent, and if it isn’t going to make my prescription a manageable price, since I’m otherwise healthy, I would rather choose a lower cost plan from what my employer offers. Is there anyway to outright see how much the projected cost of a drug is without already having a member number? Thanks.
