Hi everyone. I’m a student in Germany that is coming for a 12-week internship in Seattle and I’m wondering about my health insurance options. My internship will be a paid one; however, the company will not provide any health insurance so I’ll have to sort out something for myself. My German insurance does not cover me in the US and I’m not too keen on coming to the US without health insurance. I have no preexisting conditions and I’m a US citizen. What are my options? I’ll be in the US from May until mid-September. I’d appreciate any and all help. Thanks!
