Family member recently enrolled themselves in Empire BCBS Dental HMO (Enhanced Care plus Opt D to be exact). Turns out after trying to make an appointment at multiple dentists, no one accepts this plan. They only accept Empire BCBS PPO. Has anyone else ever had this experience or suggests that they switch to a Dental PPO plan? Fam member needs a root canal and crown for reference
