HRA Question

This may be a silly question, but I’m genuinely curious. I have a HRA card through my work, and it’s been great for it to be able to cover prescriptions and other misc. medical needs. I used my card at Walgreens the other day and had typed in my phone number to use at checkout since I get digital receipts. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed that it said I earned X amount of rewards from my purchase. Is that okay? Should I not be putting in my phone number when using the HRA card so that it doesn’t earn any rewards since its not my personal debit/credit card? As I said this might be a silly question, but I just don’t want to get in trouble.
