Not looking for just a Summary of Benefits. They keep denying prescribed procedures/medication even when the doctor does a peer-to-peer with them and confirms it’s medically necessary. How can they do that? I know exactly what my car insurance will cover, I should be able to know the same for my health insurance.
Is there a way to get a full benefits coverage packet or something?
