This company is incompetent and I’m sooooo sick of it. Pretty sure I’m out if energy to deal with them in a productive way because of my irritation & frustration. God knows I’ve been patient and it’s not my top ability
My Dr died in December 2021. We all know this is April 2022. I called and gave them the name, address, phone & fax to the new Dr myself…twice.
I get this email today:::: “We can’t fill your prescription because the person who prescribed it doesn’t have an active medical license any longer. Please ask your new doctor to send us a new prescription for that medicine electronically.”
My new Dr has sent this script 4x as I went into the office asking what’s going on: they showed me the ppwk.
I hate them. I’m totally screwed because I’m FORCED to use them. I’m out of every med I take (3). I’ve just had it.
I’m not sure what their intent is company-wife, but it is NOT to make the customer a priority. I feel so bad for the people working there having to deal with irate people calling them over their stupidity & incompetence time and time again.
How does this happen? How can any company defend that? Why do they keep getting away with this? Because, of course it’s not my first or only problem with them otherwise I wouldn’t be desperate enough to put my business on social media. I have lost all faith 😕
