As the title says, for the past month I’ve been attempting to apply for a Qualified Health Plan over the phone via my state’s insurance marketplace(HealthSourceRI), but every time I talk with someone over the phone about setting it up, a few days later I’ll see that my plan was denied because I’m on medicaid. But I know that my Medicaid coverage ended last month so that shouldn’t be the case. Is there anything I can do, or do I simply have to wait for them to solve this issue and call back? I live in RI so I know I will get fined come tax time if I’m not on insurance and I’d like to fix this as soon as possible.
