Hi all, I went to the doctor for foot/toe pain and the practice is billing for corns and calluses, which is the diagnosis given. Apparently, the insurance company won’t reimburse the practice for this code. The practice is not willing to change the code. So now I have a $200 bill.
What possible next steps can I take to get these two entities to figure this out?
