22yoF with basic insurance questions

I hope this post is allowed, I stumbled on sub looking for answers. I thought I had a decent understanding of insurance but I guess not. I recently was hit with two ~$200 bills for seeking mental help in a psychiatrist. The doctor I went to had poor reviews but was in network and I thought it would be a cheaper option than paying out of pocket with someone good (I was wrong).

Anyways on my EOB I was charged for an office visit AND for a medical service. I’m really curious to know what this medical service was, do I inquire that with my insurance or the provider?

I (according to my parents) have a very high deductible on my insurance, if I pay the $400 to my former psychiatrist will it go towards that deductible?

Lastly does anyone roughly know how I can maybe possibly get some of these costs covered thru BCBS? When I was initially shopping around a receptionist told me that I can get some costs reimbursed. Does anyone know this process or the qualifications?

Any wise words are also appreciated. I’m 22 and still under my parents insurance and they don’t know that I see a gyno or psychiatrist (very religious) and have been trying to seek medical attention without their knowledge. I’m starting to feel like I’m at a dead end
