Hello All
I have received the email below from an LMS system called Aptem
SCORM asset uploaded on Aptem MUST, at some point, update cmi.core.lesson_status (SCORM 1.2) or cmi.completion_status & cmi.success_status (SCORM 2004) RTE properties to indicate the asset has been completed, otherwise it’ll stay incomplete in Aptem forever
If it is expected of Aptem to generate evidence on uploaded SCORM asset, it MUST save learner answers as RTE interactions into asset state. Questions will only feature in evidence if SCORM 2004 is used and questions are saved together with answers as interaction.description into asset state. Aptem will include all interactions available in the asset state into the evidence.
Aptem replaces underscore characters with spaces in interaction.student_response/learner_response values.
If evidence is created for manual assessment, rejection will ONLY reset cmi.core.lesson_status(SCORM 1.2)/cmi.completion_status & cmi.success_status(SCORM 2004) properties to initiate another attempt. Previously entered answers remain in the asset state. Asset developers must make sure the asset will allow the learner to answer the questions again if said properties are reset.
Aptem records cmi.core.total_time(SCORM 1.2)/cmi.total_time(SCORM 2004) as time spent learning if available, otherwise RTE timer value is recorded.
What setting in the quiz creation will update the cmi.****** or is this a none common component and I will have to write some code myself and the exit quiz portion
Whilst all data would be nice its mainly the score I need to record back so others can see progress
Thanks in advance
Richard
