I have secondary Aetna insurance for which my dad is the primary policy holder. (I’m under 26). I live out of state and want to change my billing address with Aetna so the EOB for anything charged for my care goes to me instead of to my dad’s address. If I call and ask them to change my address, will they (a) notify the primary policy holder, and/or (b) mail a notice to the old address like a notice is mailed if you change your mailing address with USPS?
Thanks for the info. Let’s just say to put it mildly my parents are violent, conspiracy theorist nutjobs who want to keep tabs on every aspect of my life and will decide I am consorting with the devil if they find out I changed my billing address so they can’t read my EOB’s anymore.
