I went to a urology clinic recently for a chronic issue. On my first visit the Dr didn’t seem to care much about what I had to say and just handed me a Rx for antibiotics and tried to leave the room before I could ask simple questions. My second visit was yesterday as a “follow up” because my condition seems to be the same — only it hasn’t flared up in a while, which is common — he just said “huh it must be better” and again tried to rush out of the room….I had to stop him to ask more questions that I had tried to explain when he first came in. He was in the room literally 90 seconds and didn’t seem to care even remotely about what I said. The quality of care was 0/10 – I wasn’t taken seriously or listened to at all, and I am certain the chronic condition won’t change one bit. Any chance I could recover my $50 co pay?
