I’m currently looking to purchase an insurance plan for my mother for which I’ll be making monthly payments. Unfortunately, I can only really afford a minimal plan with super high deductibles.
My main question is – if it’s my card that’s paying for her plan and she can’t afford to pay back whatever her deductible was (eg let’s say she went to the ER and she owes $10k), am I the one who will be responsible for paying it back?
