My kid fell and broke his leg running around my mother in laws house. It was no one’s fault but his. I now am getting a lot of denial paperwork for the ER visits and ortho visits and just got a subrogation questionnaire. It’s asking me if it’s a fall, personal injury or an injury at home. I’m assuming it is a personal injury and fall. It asks if anyone is at fault which I’m assuming I can answer with no and then asks me for responsible insurance company. Anything I need to be weary of here or anything I should know in proceeding?
