I’ve been offered a job. It’s great, except the insurance is Kaiser and none of the doctors/therapists that our family goes to accept them. The company seems open to negotiating so they might agree to just paying me a stipend so I can buy my own insurance. But I’m not sure if I can get one through the marketplace when there’s at least an option to get it through an employer? Not looking for a subsidy or anything just a different carrier.
