I tried applying through marketplace years ago but didn’t qualify for anything I could afford so just avoided going to the doctor. I have some money to pay for insurance now, but there are so many options and it is all very confusing to me. Lately I fear I may be developing a skin condition and I need to do what I’ve been putting off for the last decade and get a check up, but this stress of finding insurance and thought of paying huge amounts for treatments really is putting me back into the old mindset of “oh well, if I die, I die”. I tried healthcare.gov again today but they have no offers for me. What kind of plan and or company should I be looking for and is there anything I can expect to be paying less than $200/month for?
