Hello, I live in a state that has set up protections for reproductive health care. My insurance company through work is from a different state which currently has a trigger law ready to remove healthcare if Roe v Wade does get repealed.
Would they be able/required to deny coverage for any treatments that go against the laws of the state they are headquartered? Or would they provide coverage based on the state you live in?
