Why there are some customer is racist to the customer representative that they are talking to? Especially if the representative is not a native American. What is the reason behind this? Is it because of the accent, communication, or it is because you don’t like someone assisting you that is not fully comprehended on the craft or services that they are giving to you over the phone? You are calling the department because you need help in your simple problem but instead you will just throw a COMMENT that is not necessary. We have a protocols that is being followed and agreed upon. The representative is willing to assist you in the phone and even you are already aggregated towards the process or the issue that was not been resolved try to understand where the insurance companies are coming from.
