My husband started a new job in January and his insurance is through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Apparently we must have thrown away his cards when they came in the mail. Now he needs a replacement card and the numbers I have found to call just send me in circles and tell me to call the number on the back I’d the card, which we don’t have. His HR hasn’t been helpful. Can anyone give advice or a good number to call to actually talk to a human?
