I signed up during the open enrollment and because of my income there were a few $0 premium plans so of course I chose one of those. When I signed up they said something along the lines of “in order to complete your insurance you need to pay your first premium”. I went to try and pay something but then they said you can’t pay a $0 premium and you can’t pay any more than your premium.
I called someone at the time from customer support and they said it’d fix itself in the first month. Well now that it’s May, I’ve been getting bills for my insurance in the mail saying I need to pay $0 for the month so I’ve been ignoring them. I went to check my health provider where I put my insurance and it still says pending. Now I’m a little paranoid about ever needing medical help. What can I do?
