In light of recent events, I’m seriously considering a hysterectomy (I am not looking for any advice whatsoever concerning my lifestyle choices). I’ve never wanted children, and never plan on it. I’m almost 25, and am wondering if United Healthcare has any sort of coverage for a voluntary hysterectomy. I have UHC Choice, I’m still under my mom’s work insurance plan. There’s no way I could afford it fully out of pocket, most likely, so I’m looking for any advice in this area. I’ve been thinking about this for years, but I’m now taking the thought more seriously.
Thanks for any help.
ETA I live around Missoula, MT general area (40min south), my mom, and her job, are in Milwaukee WI
