It’s my first time getting employer subsidized health insurance and I’m lost.

My employer is currently going through open enrollment and I have 4 plans to choose from, two of which are Kaiser HMO and I prefer to have some flexibility and not have to see only Kaiser providers. Which one is better and why? Mid 30’s married female no children CA resident

1: Anthem Bronze HDHP PPO 6700/0% w/HSA PrevRx (6BSK) Annual deductible- $6,700(employer covers $5,695 and employee is responsible for $1,005) Annual out of pocket maximum- $7,050 (employer covers $5,695 and employee is responsible for $1,355) Primary office visit- $0 after deductible Emergency room- $0 after deductible Hospitalization- $0 after deductible Generic Rx- $20 after deductible Brand Rx- $100 after deductible Per pay period cost: $15

2: Anthem Gold PPO 35/500/25% (6bk6) Annual deductible- $500 (employee responsibility $500) Annual out of Pocket maximum- $8,200( employee responsibility $8,200)

Primary office visit- $35 copay
Emergency room- $250 +25% after deductible Hospitalization- 25% after deductible Rx deductible- $250 Generic Rx- $20 after Rx deductible Brand Rx- $60 after Rx deductible Per pay period cost: $75

They also provide a health reimbursement account. I don’t really understand it. Company has stated that it does not affect our income, tax-free reimbursement, and if we don’t use it we lose it- resets every January.
