Hello! I am not sure if this will get taken down, but I am looking for affordable insurance option in Pennsylvania that don’t require a proof of income like Penny does. My friend has had a number of health problems of the last year and she found an insurance plans for a firm out of state and it is closing in on about $400 a month. She does not make any income, but does have a large savings because of a family member passing so she can easily afford a plan, but her attempts to sign up for Medicaid or Penny get denied because of her not making at least 16K a year or her not qualifying for Medicaid because she does not have a qualified disability. She has major neck pain from plates out in her neck from a crash when she was only 6 and started experiencing still fully unexplained seizures this year so I am looking around to help provide her with a real solution. She currently works under the table, but is even considering switching job to land on an insurance plan.
