I filled out my application on heathcare.gov and put income at $0.
If I intend on trying to find work, can I delete my application and restart a new one and estimate my income to qualify for subsidies. I am not trying to lie or do anything illegal, I truly will be looking for work.
At worst, I think, I would own the IRS money, if I can’t get a job.
