A couple weeks ago I went to a new dentist with a new Anthem insurance plan. I thought I had checked before I made the appointment, but I guess I didn’t. I haven’t received a bill yet, but I got an explanation of benefits in the mail. Took me a bit to figure out why the bill was so high. It was a standard new patient appointment…xrays, exam, cleaning. They covered a grand total of $4.50 out of $750. Do I have any options here?
