My insurance is HealthNet Dental, and I’m in California.
Denial
X-rays
Pictures taken by endodontist
Was in the worst pain of my life about a month ago. Went to the dentist, prescribed antibiotics and the pain went away. Said I needed RCT+Crown Lengthening+Crown. Insurance denied it, went in to the dentist for the appointment to see what my options were and they charged me a $100 fee for not going through with the treatment and the receptionist said she “was not going to send any more paperwork.” Would appreciate advice on how to go from here because I never want to be in that pain again.
