Afraid of Losing Insurance After Marriage

I am disabled and deal with intractable pain from disease. My health insurance has saved my life many times over. I have been on the same health insurance (through the marketplace) for years, $600/month, and a $300 subsidy (since I make $0 in income).

I got married a month ago and now it’s time to renew my plan. Because of my wife’s job, it brings our household income to $90k/yr. I know I will not qualify for the subsidy anymore because of the income, that’s fine. But will I become ineligible for the plan just for getting married and increasing household income?

I assume I should be fine as long as I pay full-price, but I am still scared. Would appreciate the feedback. Thanks!
