paid my first month bill on dec 31 night, my credit card was charged on jan 3rd.
I received ENROLLMENT COMPLETE email on jan 26th and it said coverage will begin on JAN 1 ( yes, the email came on jan 26th and it reads enrollment complete & coverage will begin on jan 1 ,2022, i was very confused).
Now it looks like the first payment i made went towards the month of january and the app is asking me to make another payment.
Do you think this is fair, and do you think i can do anything? Currently in line on the call with customer care
Extra information: i also have a family member working in health care who was access to the WEB DENIS portal. And our policy was never showing active even until jan 28
