Hi, My spouse is insured with a regular PPO plan and FSA. The children and I are covered by an HDHP plan (HSA eligible). Two questions: 1. What’s the annual limit for my HSA contributions? Is it the single person limit? We are assuming here that my spouse does not contribute to FSA at all. 2. Will my spouse be allowed to use the HSA funds when needed, while being covered by the non-HDHP plan?
