Will be calling tomorrow to finish up because surprise surprise I have to work during their inane call center hours and could not resolve the issue today. I’m sure they will pull some excuse out of their butts and say it’s an acceptable reason to deny generic birth control.
I’m posting because other women should know how difficult Anthem health insurance is to work with and that they could be denied effective generic birth control meds just for signing up with Anthem
Over again, generic birth control I’ve been on for years already. Even though I specifically put it on my application when I signed up with them. They have attempted to deny me every single refill now for months until I call and relentlessly fight with them. I’m so over this bs.
Their current stance is that they are not going to cover it.
