My insurance covers a yearly preventive physical, but also goes by the year plus a day, so the next one has to be over a year since the last one.
My last physical was Dec 31, 2020, which means despite the plan saying they will cover one physical a year, there is not a date in this year where I would be eligible due to the year plus a day rule.
