I recently had a scan performed at a in-network urgent health care facility, and had to pay out of pocket because no one from my insurance company could return a call.
I paid $1200, and now US Health Care is telling me that they will only cover up to $185 of the $1200, does this make any sense?
I’m paying $300 a month for their insurance plan.
I would think that I would have some provider discount that would help me.
