I’ve had Ambetter in Georgia for years and never been truly pleased with it. Doc prescribed Wegovy but since the manufacturer coupon promotion ended, I can’t afford it. Doc submitted a PA request for Ozempic twice but Ambetter says they never received either of them and I’ve called several times and even literally spent 6 straight hours on the phone getting transferred from one department to another with no real answers or direction. Just want to know if others have had the same experience or any helpful advice. Thanks!
