I’ve been going to the doctor a few times over the summer because of mental health issues, I got anti-depressants and they wanted to keep checking how i was doing. My pcp was a covid doctor so I saw a combination of her and a few others. Today I got an eob from geisinger saying I’ll owe 509$ because I saw providers who were not in network. I chose geisinger because my pcp and the office I go to is covered, how is it my fault when I was assigned to doctors. I don’t know what to do. I know I have to call them, but I just don’t understand.
