I (26) live in Southern California and have Healthnet through Medi-Cal. Can anyone help me out, i’m having an issue with the babylon telehealth app, I’ve called Healthnet and Babylon support, no one seems to be able to figure it out or do anything.
My insurance is valid and up to date, all info is correct, but I can not use the app, you have to enter your insurance info before you can book any appointments and every time it tells me ‘there was a technical error when trying to verify your insurance, you can not book appointments until this is resolved’ Has anyone been through this, any advice?? Healthnet and Babylon both seem like they don’t know how to fix it even though all my stuff is correct and I should be fine. It’s driving me nuts and I really need an appointment
