Best ACA health insurance in florida? (obama care)

So I qualify for the special enrollment period on healthcare.gov. Im new to insurance I lost my step fathers plan a year ago because I turned 26. I have a lot of health issues, I need to see concussion clinics and specialists for rehab, I have to see Gastro for SIBO (digestive disease) and I have a lump in my neck growing that could be cancer. Therefore I know I will be mostly seeing specialists, not my GP, as I already know what specialists I have to see and I do a lot of research. I plan to hopefully go to multiple concussion clinics at once to get the best chance at recovery.

I qualify for a $358 subsidy off my premium. I have been researching for a couple weeks and it seems my best option is a silver plan. However since I have to see so many specialists I’m wondering if its worth paying an $350 a month for a EPO, purely so I dont have to deal with the hassle of referrals on an HMO. I feel possibly a EPO would allow me to see more specialists and rehabilitation doctors. I dont have that much money but I do have about 9k saved up, and kind of at that point im willing to put money into my health.

Based on all the healthcare facilities I’ve called it seems like my best option for a HMO is

Florida My Blue (BCBS) (HMO) ($0)

Aetna silver (HMO) ($10)

United health care silver plan (HMO) ($30)

or I can shill out for the Blue options (EPO) ($350).

They all have similar deductibles and out of pocket max (like 1k-1800)

I just want to see if anyone has any experience with these plans or a similar situation or any recommendation on the best insurance company in florida they dealt with.. Im open to any different or new suggestions. Based on calling around it seemed like these ones were widely accepted compared to something like Bright or Cigna…
