Best way to keep informed of what’s going on (us)?

I was thibking about switching plans when another person mentioned that plan had some kind of dispute and dropped a bunch of doctors. I stumbled across an article by happenstance that my pharamcy was going to be dropped from network and managed to plan in advance to compensate. I.ve been caught off guard by changes before.

I just got a letter about fee for service for pharmacy and have no idea about it or what it is. I read the website it pointed to and it didn’t really explain anything. I have no idea how this affects me. It’s just confusing. I’m on medicaid and it doesn’t seem like there is much ibfo. I tried looking up ratings on different companies and some informarion was incomplete or not up to date.

Is there a good way to be informed?
