Hello,
I’m in California and will be losing my health insurance on Monday as I am switching jobs. My new employer’s plan doesn’t kick in until July 17. I received paperwork for Cobra continuation but it will cost me 1300 dollars for two months of coverage. Is there any alternative that I can go through to cover this gap or is my only option to pay this? Can’t really afford it but I don’t want to go two months without coverage either because I really can’t afford a medical emergency
