My wife left her job today 7/9 and her employer handed her a medical insurance form saying our family’s health insurance had been cut off from 7/1 but it was only submitted today 7/9. We have had a few dr appointments and prescriptions filled since 7/1.
Is kaiser going to come after us for the stuff likely not to be covered by insurance? Is it even legal to post date cancellation with no notice?
