Can I Qualify for Medicaid?

I just moved from Virginia to Colorado and while in Virginia I was covered by Medicaid. I am living with friends who almost certainly make more than the income maximum, but I don’t know if they count as being in my “household” because I’m not related to them. Last year I made a little more than $6,200 and while I am not currently working, I have about $1,000 in savings. Does anyone know if I would be able to qualify for Medicaid here in Colorado given these circumstances? I’ve tried to do as much of my own research as possible, but it’s very difficult trying to navigate the system. Additionally, if I can’t get Medicaid, how would I go about finding health insurance here?
